What do people want from Recovery.gov?

We scraped all the ideas off of the latest National Dialogue on Recovery.gov to see of we could condense what most of the ideas were about. Here's what we got:



Looks like most of the ideas were about data. People sure do want to set that data free, don't they?

    So sad that "performance" is not more prominent. I would have hoped that more of the feedback would have been targeted at performance traceability and reporting.

    Sorry, perhaps I don't understand what was done here, but this doesn't pass my smell test. words like Data, federal, information don't tell us anything about what policy area's they are interested in...

    education, health care, environment, jobs, etc.???

    am I confused here? maybe the only peopole on recovery.gov are a bunch of inside the beltway wonks and academics wanting to run regressions?

    @Campus Entrepreneurship: I don't think Recovery.gov is about policy issues but about government spending. What the national dialogue was about was not what the spending priorities were but how the system itself could be the most transparent and accountable.
