The Petition Archives collects, publishes, and preserves petitions targeted at public figures, including government officials, corporate executives, and media personalities.
Instead of writing private emails to public figures, a communication process which often divides and conquers individual concerns with general excuses and boilerplate language, the Petition Archives allows you to publish your grievances and invoke the pressure of public opinion for specific problems.
If you supply the work email address of a public figure, we will send them a link to your petition. Public figures can then add their response to your petition. Each petition tracks and records who responds and how well they respond. By using the Petition Archives, historians, researchers, and the public will have greater access to this political communication data. We will have proof of how well or how poorly public figures respond to our concerns.
